Standard Excel Nails Policies

  1. Appointments & Walk-Ins

    We gladly accept both appointments and walk-ins. However, we highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred nail technician and time slot.

  2. Late Arrivals

    We offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service to keep our technicians on schedule, or we may kindly ask you to reschedule.

  3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    We completely understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we simply ask that you give us a call to let us know before your scheduled appointment time. Please note that frequent no-shows without any prior communication may require a deposit for future bookings.

  4. Service Guarantee (Fix Policy)

    Your satisfaction is our top priority! We offer a 7-day guarantee on all Gel Polish, Dip Powder (SNS), and Acrylic/Enhancement services. If your nails chip, lift, or break within 7 days due to application issues, please call us to schedule a complimentary repair. (Note: Regular nail polish services are not covered under this guarantee).

  5. Refunds

    All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let your technician or the front desk know before you leave the salon so we can correct it immediately.

  6. Health, Safety, & Refusal of Service

    For the health and safety of our clients and staff, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of nail fungus, severe infections, or open wounds. We maintain strict sanitation standards and sanitize all tools using hospital-grade disinfectants and UV sterilizers.

  7. Children & Extra Guests

    To ensure a relaxing spa environment for all clients and for safety reasons regarding sharp tools and chemicals, we kindly ask that children are supervised at all times. Unsupervised children or extra guests without an appointment may be asked to wait in the designated waiting area.

  8. Personal Belongings

    Excel Nails is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
